If you purchased a physical book or workbook we ship quickly using fully automated systems to ensure you wait as little time as possible to get started with music. By the time you email us with questions about your physical book, it is already shipping to you.

If you feel like you didn’t learn or improve, you are eligible for a refund after completing a minimum of 80% of the course/book. You will be asked to provide proof of your work and answer a survey about the course and our team will review and make a decision within 14 days.
Sheet music, digital bonuses, and any other add-ons purchased together with the book/challenge/course and VIP access to the Facebook/Discord private groups are not refundable since these are non-tangible, digital files. Other digital products that are offered at a promotional rate for a limited time are not eligible for a refund.
The course/program curriculum/book table of contents is published on the website on the sales or purchase page. This should allow you to decide whether the course suits you. Change of mind is not eligible for a refund.
Not attending a challenge or not using a course or book is not eligible for a refund. In both cases, challenges and courses are offered either as live video sessions and on-demand videos or just as on-demand videos.
Login and other temporary technical issues can be addressed easily, let us know as soon as possible. We have the best customer support team ready to assist you. All refund requests due to login issues (forgotten username and password, can't reset the password, did not receive a confirmation email), do not qualify for a refund. Similarly, all refund request due to minor technical issues that can easily be fixed and addressed do not qualify for a refund. We are here to help you.
Many of our products have results guarantees attached. For example, if you want to write songs, you should follow the "Songwriting Path". If you go out of our prescribed, and proven order, we cannot guarantee your results and you do not qualify for a refund.
All resources are in digital format. These are uploaded in the membership site and do not involve shipping of CD/DVDs/Books. Refund requests due to different expectations (e.g physical CD/DVD/bonuses) internet loss, and other issues are not eligible.
All courses are best viewed in a desktop/laptop, accessing from a mobile device should not be a problem since the site automatically adjusts the contents according to the device you use. Device compatibility is a buyer’s responsibility and does not entitle a refund should a technical issue arise due to compatibility.
If you have selected a free trial, you must send an email to cancel your trial to support@bestmusiccoach.com at least 24 hours before your trial will end so we can cancel the charge before it goes through to your card or bank. We include this information in your confirmation emails and in this refund policy document.
Once your refund request has been approved, you will lose access to the membership site and its materials including access to the Facebook private group page along with access to videos, bonuses, and any applicable discount availed during the purchase.
